In the production process of MLCC, ceramic slurry is used during preparation and coating stages, while metal slurry is used in the printing process.
Ceramic slurry is applied for dielectric layers, while metal slurry is used for internal and external electrode formation.

There are generally two main approaches:
The first method involves the use of dispersants, which help disperse aggregated particles through electrostatic repulsion, steric hindrance, or a combination of both. However, due to continuous system dynamics, particles may re-aggregate over time.
The second method involves filtration, which removes aggregated particles and stabilizes the slurry system, ensuring consistent process quality.
